Important info:

You are responsible for your own instrument. Provided equipment includes: Piano, Bass Amp, Guitar Amp, Drum Set.

1/4" cables, drum sticks/mallets, and auxiliary percussion are not provided.

Arrive to School in uniform, we will not stop to change and we will not have time upon arrival!

BRING MONEY FOR FOOD. We will be stopping at Buc-ee's on the way home for lunch.

We will be traveling by Charter Bus.

6:30AM Call time, NHS band room. Arrive in full attire, have your instrument and music ready.

Load the bus with equipment.

7:00AM Depart!

9:30AM Approximate arrival time, Alabama Center for the Arts.

9:45AM Unload equipment and go inside. 

10:20AM On-stage sound check.

10:30AM Performance begins!

11:00AM Masterclass with clinician.

11:30AM~ Approximate departure time, head to Buc-ee's for lunch, BRING MONEY FOR FOOD.

Buc-ees Blvd, Athens, AL 35671

12:00PM Depart for Northridge High School.

2:30PM~ Approximate arrival time, Northridge High School. Students will unload the bus, and

are then dismissed to their normal classes.

Materials Needed: 

Formal wear, instrument, music, appropriate percussion instruments and mallets.
