Important info:

Black Concert formal wear is required, this includes dress shoes. If you have no other options, bring your polished marching shoes. You are responsible for your own instruments.

Arrive to school already in uniform. We will not be waiting on students to change.

2:00 Call time, NHS band room.

2:10 Board buses and load equipment, depart

2:30 Arrive at Baumhower’s Victory Grille - Tuscaloosa South. Students will depart for early

dinner. No extra money needed - cost of food will be covered.

4251 Courtney Dr, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

3:30 Board Buses and depart for Shelton State.

3:45 Arrive at Shelton State, exit the bus and head inside for warm-up.

4:00 Warm-up

5:00 Perform! After the performance, students will put their instruments away and load them

back on the buses. Students will then re-enter the building for the final concert.

6:00 Final performance!

7:00~ Approximate departure time.

7:30~ Approximate arrival time, Northridge High School, Students are dismissed after the bus is

unloaded!

Materials Needed: 

Formal wear, instrument, music, appropriate percussion instruments and Sticks.
